Seeking after school care

I am seeking someone fully vaccinated, with transportation that is punctual, incredibly reliable and dependable and with references. It will be for after school care for my two 7 year old twins. They will be stranded alone on the side of the street if their sitter doesn’t show up for them, so you MUST be serious about the position and reliable. The schedule will be two set days every week as follows: Mondays: 2:40pm-6pm. Tuesdays: 2:40pm-6pm. Duties: Meet twins at bus stop at 2:40pm, bring them inside of the house, feed them snacks and just hang out with them until 6pm. They are easy going and fairly independent. They really just need someone to be around, break up any fights if they happen and supervise. There are two options with different rates of pay… Option one: I will private pay cash under the table, I am able to pay $50 cash per week for those hours if I private pay with cash and won’t report the pay. Option 2: You can be paid through the DSHS, you do not have to be licensed, but you will have to apply to watch them, pass a background check, be 18 years of age or older and you will be paid an hourly rate of $15 per hour with their contribution and my own contribution to your hourly rate.
