Friends of the Children is expanding to Phoenix! We are well on our way to a successful launch, and we want you to be a part of it!
Friends of the Children is expanding to Phoenix! Friends of the Children is partnering with local leaders and organizations to expand our model to Phoenix. As one of our key and early supporters, you are invited to our November 17th Meet & Greet at the Phoenix Country Club.
Our trauma-informed and proven mentoring model supports children facing extreme adversity. We commit to every child for the long term, from kindergarten through graduation, with a highly-trained, salaried, professional mentor for 12+ years, no matter what.
Learn more about our progress in launching Friends of the Children - Phoenix and our shared vision in supporting children and families impacted by foster care and the child welfare system.
We have over $1M in secured and pending funds towards our ambitious $2M seed funding goal. We are well on our way to a successful launch due to meaningful, collaborative community partnerships. The commitment and generosity of the Valley is palpable!
To celebrate with you and kick-off the next phase of activity, Phoenix Expansion Officer Eric Gabrielson, National CEO Terri Sorensen, and Founder Duncan Campbell are all eager to meet you in person.
