Our services and programs are categorized into four sections: substance use, mental health, housing and HIV/AIDS testing and education. This includes an array of services such as medication assisted treatment, outpatient treatment, court services, corrections program, residential treatment, transitional housing, pregnant and postpartum women program and free HIV/AIDS testing mobile unit. (RRHS) was established in 1972 as a private, non-profit 501-(c)-3 corporation, to provide a comprehensive array of substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment services for persons residing in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. John's Counties. RRHS has been licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services since incorporation, is registered with the Secretary of State and the City of Jacksonville as a charitable organization.
