Join lululemon Mall of America for an in-person workout and panel discussion. About this event lululemon Mall of America, Alchemy 365 and KJFITCO welcome you for an evening of movement followed by a conversation on how to practice being open to opportunities and saying yes more often. This will be a fun yet challenging class lead by 2 premier fitness trainers and local lululemon ambassadors. Start with a 30 minute strength and conditioning HIIT lead by strength and wellness coaches Kam Johnson (KJFITCO) & Ben Lucius (Alchemy 365), followed up by 30 minutes of getting to know Kam, Ben, and the people that said yes to showing up with you. Complimentary drinks and snacks will be available.
