Loony is a Chihuahua but looks like a Min Pin. He was store bought by original owner who took great care of him. They just got a baby and were concerned about having such a high energy dog around. He is about 2 years old, excellent health and in great shape. He integrated with my pack of 4 dogs immediately and also learned how to use the doggy door in just a few minutes after arrival. He has been non-destructive, smart and is highly sociable. At the dog park, he played chase with many dogs and wore them all out. Yes, Loony is a very high energy dog. He zooms around the house, leaping and flying like a crazed little rascal. In fact, he has a white racing stripe over the crown of his head. Short non-shedding black hair with a white tipped curly tail. Everyone at the park really admired him. I don't recommend him for households with small children under eight years old. He isn't vicious but plays with his engine in overdrive. Will need lots of toys and would make a great 2nd companion dog for those that want a playmate for their existing smallish dog. He is a perfect little guy that's suitable for virtually any home situation. It has been a real pleasure fostering Loony and I will miss him a lot (so will my dogs).
