Time: 2:00-2:45pm Title: Vinyasa Flow Yoga Description: Join Aubrey from Rosemary Court Yoga for a fun and playful vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa yoga links your breath with your movement allowing for an active and yet meditative experience. This class will be accessible for all levels, with modifications offered for first time yogis.
