The Board of Selectmen have scheduled and signed the warrant for a Special Town Meeting on October 18, 2021:
Date: Monday, October 18, 2021
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: 45 Oak Street, Oak Middle School Auditorium or on the grounds thereof
Quorum Reduction: The Quorum has been reduced to 100 Town Meeting Members, which is 82.6% of the normal quorum in accordance with with Section 7 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2020 and Section 8 of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021 as voted by the Board of Selectmen and Town Moderator on October 12, 2021 at a posted public hearing.
The Finance Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 14, 2021 on the warrant articles and will provide a recommendation.
