Join us for sunrise yoga at Disko Lemonade before an inspiring day at EntreCon®! EntreCon® attendees: are you ready to embody, grow, groove, sweat, and connect? Join us at Disko Lemonade in downtown Pensacola for a complimentary sunrise yoga class before the conference!​​ Classes will be held November 17th and 18th from 6:00-6:45am. You can reserve a spot (first come, first serve) in one of the classes or both! Disko Lemonade's music driven disko flows are designed to challenge inspire, & empower you! Your teacher will mindfully guide you through a series of poses designed to strengthen, stretch, and ignite your curiosity around how you move and how you think.
