Each class infuses fun, kid-friendly fitness with basic martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self defense Class Date: November 3, 2021 November 10, 2021 November 17, 2021 November 24, 2021 December 1, 2021 December 8, 2021 Class Time: 5:30-6:15 Second Nature Self Defense Options was founded by Crystal Rudolph in order to help women build the skills and confidence necessary to defend themselves in the face of danger.  Crystal is a certified black belt through the World Taekwondo Federation and is a certified self defense instructor through R.A.D. Systems.   It is the goal of Second Nature Self Defense Options to help women discover the power and confidence they hold inside to protect themselves when necessary, for safety or survival.  You’re worth defending!
