Great Groundskeeper opportunity! Location: Atherton Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm & very occasional weekend coverage if events. Duties: The Groundskeeper will maintain the property that sits on two acres, with a large vegetable garden, several fruit trees, a guest & pool house and pool. The daily upkeep will also include the work needed in between the weekly maintenance crew who comes twice a week. There are no management duties, although this person will make sure the weekly tasks are being completed. Duties also include blowing the patio and wiping down the patio furniture, manage the weeds and management of the lawn. Overall, this person will have strong attention to detail and will make sure the property is clean, manicured and any problem areas need to be addressed. Requirements: Must have at least two to three years of Groundskeeping or Gardening experience with a family. Will consider those without previous experience on a property with strong references.
