Owner/Coach Leah Drury will be leading a Shadowboxing/HIIT 30 minute class to start your Saturday morning off right! After you get your cardio in, get your cardio shopping in at the Shopping Shinding, a once a month warehouse sale featuring So So Spiffy's curated designer furniture collections! This once-a-month sale will take place attheir new warehouse downtown and provide curated collections of designer furniture, art, andhome accessories up to 60% off. The Shopping Shindig will be Friday, November 5th from 12 PM to 6PM and Saturday, November 6th from 10 AM to 3 PM.
