Healthy Adults Needed for Performance Study Stanford University and the Palo Alto VA are seeking participants, ages 18-35, for a research study investigating the use of bright light to improve nighttime alertness and change the timing of the circadian clock. Two separate lab stays, each consisting of: • 2-day/night stay at the VA Sleep Lab • 2 weeks of at-home sleep monitoring using a wrist-watch device • In lab performance will be tested using flight simulation software Participants must be healthy, non-smokers, without sleep problems. Volunteers paid up to $700 for successful completion of both 2-day/night stays in VA Sleep Lab.
