Responsibilities • Clean windows (inside and outside building windows) on a professional level. • Wash windows; glass in interior doors, partition, and specific windows. • Wash glass and door trims. • Wash windows using glass clean solution, squeegees blades, cloth, and water to remove grim • Clean windows on both high- and low-rise buildings using long/ short poles from the ground to perform cleaning. • Use ladders, scissor lift and other equipment to perform the job. • Perform other job duties such as awning cleaning and gutter cleaning. • Use chemicals periodically such as bleach, stain removers, and degreasers, when needed on a job. • Disinfecting and clean in areas as instructed. • Performs periodic work: High dusting, leather and wood surface, polishing, wall washing. • Any and all other duties as assigned. Requirements • Basic cleaning responsibilities and previous experience • Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team • Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. • Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style. • Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work • Detail oriented and can follow directions and the safety guidelines provided • Must not have a fear of heights, as we work with high rise buildings. • Must be flexible with shifts- shifts available as early as 5am • Occasional weekend work, overtime work, and night work Must provide COVID Vaccine Card Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25 per hour Apply in person: 524 E.
