Description
Learn how to plant wildflowers and identify pollinators in the garden Come to our demonstration gardens for part 2 of our hands-on workshop on how to plant seeds and identify pollinators in the garden. You will learn about Florida-Friendly Landscaping principles, and wildflower species to attract bees, butterflies and beneficial insects. This event will be held outdoors in the fresh air. Participants who complete the survey will receive a free pack of seeds. Please arrive a few minutes before the time for the workshop and walk to the back of the Extension Center to meet at the picnic pavilion. Please practice social distancing and do not come if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID in the past 14 days. There are restrooms located outside for use next to the Plant Clinic. Pre-registration is required along with the non-refundable class registration fee. All ticket sales are final, no refunds. Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
