Looking for some Halloween fun and lots of candy for the kids? Trunk or Treat at Northwoods Church is October 31st @ 5:30-7:30PM! Looking for some Halloween fun and lots of candy for the kids? Trunk or Treat on the hill at Northwoods Church is coming October 31st from 5:30-7:30PM, and you’re invited! There will be games, food, a hayride and, of course, lots of candy! Bring your buckets or bags and wear your favorite non-scary costumes! What age group is the Trunk or Treat event for?Trunk or Treat is for the whole family – kids of all ages are welcome! 2. Will there be restrooms available?Yes, the restrooms in the church building (the Dome) will be open for guests. The women’s restroom is equipped with a baby changing table and counter space. The men’s restroom has counter space but no changing table. 3. What should I wear?We hope you’ll join the fun and wear your favorite, non-scary costume! We ask that costumes be family-friendly for the comfort of all guests, but costumes are not required. 4. Is everything at Trunk or Treat free?Trunk or Treat is free of charge! The candy, games and hayride are free. Each person will receive a ticket for a free hotdog, chips and a bottled water at the registration table as they enter. 5. Where do I park?The Northwoods Church parking lot is well-lit and has ample parking including accessible parking spaces. Just park and walk up to the field! 6. What happens if it rains?While we hope we have beautiful fall weather for our event, if rain makes the field too muddy and wet to be an enjoyable experience, we will move everything to the paved parking lot. If absolutely necessary, we'll move indoors. We'll do our best to have fun, rain or shine! 7. I would like to serve at Trunk or Treat at Northwoods Church - how can I help?If you would like to join us and decorate and fill your trunk with candy, we would love to have your help! We just ask that you use non-scary decorations and pre-wrapped candy. Arrive an hour early to set up and join the fun! You may call or e-mail the church office at 562-1188 or [email protected], and our ministry assistant, Jenise, will take your information and sign you up to host a trunk. If you would like to donate candy for our event, we would be grateful! You may bring it to the church office between 8:30AM-5:00PM, Mondays-Thursdays, or between 8:30-12:00PM on Fridays.
