hi there! writing on behalf of A.B.O. Comix Collective, a nonprofit publishing collective that publishes the creative work of queer and trans people in prison. we're having troubles with not one but two printers and would really appreciate it if someone could come by our office and troubleshoot with us. Our HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 will occasionally print on regular printer paper, but anything thicker than that (like our shipping labels) is a no-go. And even so, we get paper jams maybe every third page that we try to print. Our Konica Minolta biz hub c454 printer needed its image transfer belt replaced about a month ago--we were able to do that ourselves but there's another internal error that the printer keeps notifying us about that prevents us from doing anything with it. any guidance, advice, moral support on either of these issues would be appreciated! send us an email if you can help and we'll send you more details + the address for our office. thanks a million!!!
