NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Manuel Lopez of Norwalk won $10,000 playing a "30X Cash 8th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Woodward Liquor LLC in Norwalk.
