Construction helper

Description

We are looking for a construction helper to work around 25-35 hours a week. We work in all stages of construction. We work large projects as well as small projects. I might have you on one job one day and another the next. Must be flexible. The starting pay will be $13 an hour every Friday and after 30 days we can re-evaluate your work performance and if you have improved then your pay will improve and we can keep doing that until you make $20 an hour, that could be a while, just being honest.
