I lost my dog

Description

I have lost my dog this afternoon she is a Shiba Inu (looks like a Husky). She is VERY skiddish. She has a Blueish Purpleish Collar with A Chicago Blackhawks Tag and Green Rabies Tag. She is Black, Some Brown/Tan, and White. Small in size. Her tail is in a Spiral shape. She is Mirco-Chipped. Please help find her. We want her back home safe.
