Description
Tyndale House Publishers is seeking warehouse workers in different areas of Distribution. This is an evening position through December and may continue longer term based on needs. Primary tasks would include picking and packing of parcel and freight orders for shipping, processing returns, completing manufacturing projects such as building book sets, sorting products for defect, applying labels to products and cartons, shrink-wrapping books and Bibles, etc.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in reading and speaking English. Hand dexterity is required. Computer and technology skills or aptitude preferred. Good communication skills are essential. Candidates should have a good and consistent work ethic, be able to work well with others in a team environment and accept delegated authority. In addition, candidates should be quick learners, flexible, focused, and attentive to details. Job requires full-time walking, standing, bending, and lifting to 50 lb. cartons. Work hours are M-F from 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Students are encouraged to apply.
