Change pool leaking pool pipe

Hello I am looking for someone reliable who can change the pool pipe that is broken. There's is more things that i'd like to get done but this one is more a priority. Here's a video of what i am looking to have taken cared of I also have a metal pipe that id like to change as well. Does anybody install Trellis? Let me know as well.
