CBS Philadelphia October 13, 2021 People in Center City saw some surprises in the sky earlier this week. The video, captured by Candace Skinner, showed BASE jumpers leaping from building to building. The video shows the daredevils with parachutes and landing safely atop a building. Authorities told CBS3 BASE jumping is (obviously) illegal and also very dangerous.
