Standardized Improvement Inc. is a proud Palo Cedro, CA plumbing company that offers comprehensive services ranging from minor to complex plumbing and construction repairs, and everything in between. Standardized provides high-quality work and competitively priced services to commercial and residential customers. We are currently hiring for a Shop Assistant to work Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM with availability to work some weekends. Job Responsibility: • Manage your company email • Data input into excel tracking sheets • Vehicle inspections and organize maintenance appointments • Perform facility maintenance • Wash, clean out, organize, and inventory company vehicles • Manage and stock inventory in company vehicles, office, and shop • Take returns to applicable suppliers, as needed • Call in parts for jobs to our suppliers • Drive to pick up parts from our suppliers, as needed • Run parts to different job sites, as needed • Daily office upkeep: straightening up and light cleaning • Interact with laborers, plumbers, office staff, and vendors respectively, professionally, and clear • Other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: • Able to lift more than 50 lbs • Able to sit, stand, kneel, and crawl in attics, crawlspaces, and under sinks. • Have reliable transportation • Have a valid driver’s license • Be at least 18 years or older • Have a GED or Highschool Diploma • Able to pass drug test and background check • Punctual and dependable • Able to work independently and as a team • Maintain a clean, organized, well-inventoried shop and trucks • Able to professionally communicate well to fellow employees and vendors • Know basic computer functions and Microsoft Office, or willingness and ability to learn quickly What We Offer You: • Pay $15-$20 per hour based on qualifications • A positive work environment • Plenty of opportunities for growth • Full-time schedule • 401k matching • Paid holiday and sick leave • Regular opportunities for raises • Cellphone stipends • Company vehicle during business hours If this sounds like the company you are looking to work for, please email your resume.
