With the release of our new TV show “Hidden Treasures” on Discovery Channel, Oct 10, 2021, JDog Junk Removal and Hauling is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic, strong people to become a part of its Veteran operated Truck Commander fleet in Northern Colorado. We’re the world's first National Veteran family-owned and operated junk removal and hauling business servicing the USA. Job Locations cover Weld, Larimer, and Boulder County, CO, and surrounding areas (driving/jobs from Fort Collins down to Denver, CO). You will never be expected to stay overnight near a job site if you are not close to home! JDog Junk Removal and Hauling for Northern Colorado is a Veteran owned and operated, full-service, junk removal, moving, light demo, and junk hauling company servicing residential and commercial customers from two local offices in Longmont and Loveland. We are looking for Junk Removal Specialists and Team Leaders/Truck Commanders who are motivated and hardworking. The Junk Removal Specialist is an integral part of our team and daily operations. You will have the opportunity to learn from, report to, and assist your Truck Commander on assigned job sites and ensure that all services are performed safely, efficiently, and to the customer’s satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Possesses strong communication and problem‐solving skills Enjoys working in a team environment while helping others Portrays a neat and professional appearance Have a flexible schedule and weekend availability Be able to lift at least 75 pounds Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last 5 years Be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test Experience in moving, hauling, or the waste industry is a plus, but not necessary. Military Veteran, veteran family member, or current Guard or Reservist preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES ON JOBS: Pleasant and polite rapport with clients Lift, move, and remove junk from businesses and residences Crew Members will sort products and load the trailers as per the Team Leader’s guidance Operate a standard pickup truck and trailer/dump truck safely, efficiently, while obeying all state and federal laws RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE WAREHOUSE: Safely unload the trailer into the warehouse or providing safety oversight of the individual backing in by being a ground guide. Securing the trailer doors and removing items from the trailer as necessary Understanding the warehouse sorting of product best practices with a focus on recycling, donating, as well as safely disposing of the product as efficiently as possible Detect and report deficiencies, unsafe issues, and problems within the warehouse Keeping the warehouse and work areas neat and orderly Cleaning, maintaining storing, and organizing tools and equipment used in the warehouse *Junk Hauling Specialists Report to Team Leaders/ Truck Commanders.
