Press release from Batavia Public School District 101: October 12, 2021 October 6, 2021 (Archivo de mensajes en español) Hello BPS101 Families- This week we have some new items to share with you and some reminders about the schedule for the remainder of this week. REMINDERS: Teacher Conferences Tomorrow there is an abbreviated schedule to make time for teacher conferences. Details on how to schedule a time slot with your student's teachers have been communicated to you by teachers and principals. Please check building messages and teacher emails for those details. Schedule for Thursday, October 7, 2021 Early Childhood Students – No School Kindergarten Students – No School 1st-8th Grade Students – Half-day (noon dismissal) BHS – No Late Start, School will be in session from 7:35 to 10:35 (early dismissal) Note from Batavia Park District – AM Kids' Club will be available, but PM Kids' Club will not be available. Extended Weekend There will be no school for all students on Friday, October 8th. District Administration offices will be open. There will be no school for all students on Monday, October 11th. District Administration Offices will also be closed. NEW for This Week! Bike or Walk to School Day was a Success! Thank you, H. C. Storm School for the cute pictures! Call for Volunteers BHS will be hosting a FREE cardiac screening for all High School students, with parent permission, on December 16th. For the event to be successful, we need parents from all school building levels to assist at the event. Young Hearts for Life is a cardiac screening program that provides a FREE heart screening called an electrocardiogram(ECG) to high school students. Please sign up to help at our screening.
