Repair flood lights on outdoor waterfall

We built this waterfall feature several years ago, but shut it down about a year ago to do some improvements. I had three floodlights working when we shut down. I added two more floodlights recently, but now there is no power to the lights. I need an electrician to locate the problem and get the lights working. Should take less than an hour. You need to be able to handle standing in the dry waterfall and then under the deck to which the lights are attached where the switch is. Will pay minimum of $50 and maximum of $100 for one hour's work, depending upon time needed to fix the problem. In photos look carefully and note 3 lights mounted to one electrical box on the left, and two lights mounted to the electrical box on the right.
