We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, remodeling/turning apartments, and other required tasks. Good customer service skills are a must! General Responsibilities: -Complete work and repairs in a timely fashion -Turning apartments for occupancy -Perform routine preventative maintenance -Maintain material and supply inventory -Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: -Previous experience in multi-family housing -Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment -Ability to handle physical work load -Deadline and detail oriented
