Repair loose base of exterior iron stair rail set in brick

See photos. Both of the bottom rails of the front steps of the house are loose. Your task is make both secure again. On the left this is due to broken mortar which has created a separate mobile piece. My guess is that this can be repaired by resetting the piece in new mortar or concrete. On the right is it due to the rail itself loose in the brick. My guess is this can be repaired by a wooden stake and/or epoxy placed in with the base of the rail where it is loose. A third task it to replace 2 balustrades of the front railing. I have the parts - I just need somebody to cut them to size and spot weld or secure them in the railing. Can you do any or all of the tasks above? Let me know - I need it done as soon as possible. Let me know what you would do, when you can do it, your experience, and an approximate price. Paying cash.
