We are seeking a part-time Custodian at White Oak Retirement Residence. - Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work - Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested - Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed - Treat residents in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner Qualifications: - Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred - Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach Benefits: - Up to 30 hours per week - 401k with 6% match - 5 paid days off after 2 years Our website: www.cmshousing.com/properties/the-oaks-retirement-residence/
