Experienced rat home needed for 2 rats

I have 2 very cute young male rats, the one has taken to biting and needs someone who is willing to take in that task of working with him. Sadly I’m new to rats and don’t have the time or experience for this. Only had em about 3 weeks and he was so sweet! Then started biting. Now I’m nervous and I know that’s not good. He’s a blue hooded his cage mate is a cream, the cream is timid but hasn’t bit or even tried to. Only looking for good experienced home!
