Simple and Sweet. Need a no nonsense cleaner. Property management company is looking for an independent contractor that is prepared to clean our properties during the tenant changeover and larger turns that occur when property has to go vacant due to damages. If you are applying for this opportunity, and have worked in this industry, you know the that some of these tenants can leave the units very gross so you need to be an individual with experience and one that is willing to handle all different cleaning challenges (tough kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.) We would require that this is what you do for a livelihood, and come with references. You would be paid 10 days after each job or basically every other Friday. If you have other skills in this rental business happy to discuss this also. Thanks, hope to see you scrubber!
