Seeking pro bass player

Hey, there! I’ve got a hard working group that’s in need of a pro bass player. Here are some details. We’re doing mostly original material with an occasional cool cover thrown in ( think Tom Petty, Neil Young, Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac). We are staying mostly in central Texas these days with steady gigs at the Saxon Pub, Gruene Hall, and many more. I make sure that my band gets paid even if I don’t. What I’m searching for a solid musician and human who knows how to be professional but also to have fun while doing it. I prefer four strings over five. Singing is a plus but not a deal breaker. We’ve already worked up three sets of material so there would be some catching up and rehearsing in order. Your own transportation is a must. As far as the sound we’re making, think roots, rock, blues, soul, cosmic country. I’m a great lover of all things harmony be it the Beatles, CSNY or Nickel Creek. I have a vision for the sound I’m shooting for. But there is room for your creativity and input as well. Last bit, not to ageist, but I am hoping find someone 50 or under with a cool look and sense of stage presence. Hit me up for more info and music if you’re interested.
