Great Business Opportunity! Go! Calendars, Toys and Games and Market Management is looking for an Independent Operator or Employee Manager to oversee our Year Round/Seasonal Retail store at the Manhattan Town Center. This a great opportunity for the right person. And there will be an opportunity to grow and expand to overseeing multiple locations in the market or region in 2022. With over 500 locations, Go! is the largest Toy, Game and Puzzle store in the country. Our stores offer a great product mix and a unique customer experience that bring all our customers back week after week and year after year. Our stores are just plain fun! We are looking for the right person to join our team in Manhattan, Kansas. The right person will possess excellent self-management skills and offer some experience in product merchandising, employee training and cash management. Store reports and bank deposits will also need to be submitted daily and in accordance with Go! and Market Management store program procedures. Go! offers excellent training manuals and 24/7 support. And for the first week all management will be trained in market and onsite by an experienced member of our team. So, it will be easy to learn the program and for everyone to get up to speed quickly. This year our location at the Manhattan Town Center will stay open year-round or will close in February only to reopen every October. We have been operating in this mall for over 10 years and have always had great success. We also operate multiple locations throughout the state and region. The compensation is very competitive. This will be discussed during our phone call. Rates and structure will depend on experience and the position that you are applying for.
