Hi, We are seeking a person to become a part of our family and assist with basic assistant, caregiver (on rare occasion) and housekeeper duties. We are offering a new hire bonus of $1000 total, paid out as $250 every 3 months for the first year for a FT employee. Prorated for a PT employee. This is a FT or PT position for a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Must be a naturally friendly and caring person * Loves dogs and doesn't mind performing their basic care duties * Ability to work independently and diligently without supervision * Has a working car with insurance and a clean driving record and OK driving family members on occasion * Detailed oriented and extremely organized * Basic computer/smart phone knowledge is required * Clean freak-willing to perform all household cleaning duties * No physical limitations for walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds), cleaning and using a ladder. Requirements: *Ability to pass a background and reference check * Legally able to work in the US
