Looking for avant groove musicians

Looking to start an avant groove jazz funk jam band. Think MMW, John Scofield, Charlie Hunter, Stanton Moore, etc. Serious inquires only, must have reliable/quality gear, ability to improvise freely, reliable transportation, and perhaps a flexible schedule. The idea is to create a cohesive sound and start playing around the peninsula for various private and public events. Practice space is already set- but can easily create another space in Olympia or Tacoma area. preferred instrumentation- organ/pianist, bassist, drummer, and guitar. Guitar is taken care of already, but am open to trying new things out. cheers & jam on
