Maintenance Super needed @ apartment community

We're looking for a hands-on working Maintenance Super in Worcester, MA, to oversee the daily maintenance and janitorial responsibilities of our 100+ unit apartment community. As the Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: * Supervision of maintenance and janitorial staff * Work orders * Unit turn-overs * Preventative Maintenance * Inventory/ordering supplies * General Inspections/preparations for REAC inspections * Vendor/contractor management including bidding process, scheduling and oversight * Special projects Requirements: * Must be able to lift 50+ lbs * Supervisory experience required * Experienced in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC and etc. * Experience with Section 8 and/or Tax credit is a plus * MUST be on-call for emergencies PAY: up to $24/hour + apartment with utilities included (hourly rate is negotiable if you do not need the unit – must live within 30 minutes of the property) We offer full benefits, 401k, free apartment, bonus and more!
