Retired (from healthcare) and very active man, civilized and mostly an introvert...seeking room in shared or solo setting for move from Portland, OR on November 6th. Rent to $450 inclusive. I can participate in any shared household responsibilities and leave you alone. Or share stories about weirdnesses, good and bad, here and there. If there is a place to practice (saxophone, flute) at sometime in the day, that would be good. But much of my sounds are in headphones. Introduction into the Omaha musical scene a big plus!
