This is an Independent Contractor Agreement. Must be eligible to work in the US. Pay: Monthly Pay $250.00 per person for Scrub and Buff. The twice per year strip will be $250+ nightly (2-3 nights, 2 ppl) depending on the location. The maintenance work will be paid at a smaller rate as it is just very basic maintenance work. Scope of Project: Scrub/Buff Floors, Maintenance, and Parking Lot Painting The scrub and buff are once per month, the waxing is twice per year, the parking lot stripping is once per year and the additional maintenance stuff will be upon notification. We will provide the equipment for the scrub and buff, the client will provide the paint. The 32" walk-behind scrubbers will be rented but if they have the equipment then that works too. The floors are cement grocery store-type flooring. The paint parking lot equipment will be necessary and they do need experience for that. Tools needed for maintenance repairs.
