EPORTS TO: Director of Field Operations SALARY RANGE: POSITION SUMMARY Supervises Installation Teams utilizing company resources to manage process from preparing to installation of products through the completion/home owner readiness and close of escrow. The FSR performs all duties of a Service Technician. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Inspects Job Site previous to order and measures to assure cabinetry, tile and or flooring products will fit – notifies Builder’s Superintendents of any potential obstacles to successful completion of installation at that time. 2. Monitors installation progress and facilitates any necessary actions for successful completion of job installation. 3. Manages Timeliness of Installations as well as Quality standards. 4. Facilitates Quality Assurance Punch Lists on the work performed by the organization and provides copies to not only our organization to order any parts necessary but to the client to make them aware of items we intend to resolve to make the job ready for close of escrow. 5. Arranges with Builder any necessary change orders needed due to variance of agreed work to be performed. 6. FSR’s also perform all functions of Service Technicians as well as their duties as FSR. These duties are listed below. They include but are not limited to: CABINETS The FSR performs all service and homeowner appointments. These include warranty calls as well as repairing trade damage, installing late ordered or missing parts, and or installing scribe to floors after flooring installation. Install cabinets, crown, and all missing cabinet parts as needed after initial install. Touch up and adjust of cabinets as needed for close of escrow. Pick up and deliver parts to installers as needed to complete installs. FLOORING The FSR performs all service and homeowner appointments. These include warranty calls as well as repairing trade damage, installing late ordered or missing parts. Make repairs as needed to tile on walls, floors, shower seats etc. Make repairs as needed to carpet and wood flooring as needed. Touch up grout and caulk as needed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. High school graduate or the equivalent (GED). 2. Minimum three (3) years’ experience performing managerial/leadership functions. 3. Excellent organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task. 4. Excellent decision-making skills. 5. Excellent technical competence. 6. Understand and enforce company and builder policy and procedure (including safety, HR, payroll, etc.). 7. High level of initiative and works well in a team environment. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well. 10. Proven skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships. 11. Possess the ability to estimate man hours required to complete installation or service. 12. Excellent industry knowledge (including understanding the installation process, quality standards, etc.). 13. Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well. 14. Plans, carries out, and accepts responsibilities with minimal direction.
