A property management company with over 20 locations throughout Michigan, is looking for individuals to join our team as full-time apartment maintenance technicians. We are seeking reliable individuals with positive attitudes.
We currently have an opening at our Farmington Hills location. If you live in Livonia, Redford, Westland, Commerce, or any other surrounding areas, this will be a convenient location for you.
If you have any experience with home improvement projects and have tools, please send us your resume. If you are serious about a career and want to learn, we will train you!
You will be turning over vacant apartments which will require some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as well as work orders for our current residents.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
