I have about 47 linear feet of a 2nd story landing that needs painting. Rusty underneath the overhang. Paint the face of the landing as shown. Need steel sanded and painted on existing black spindles and four posts supporting the landing. Remove rust and prime with rust-inhibitor. Paint/refinish stair railing. Steel just repaired at steps so no painting needed on steps or risers. Some of the posts are painted. Need the painting done asap.
