Job Responsibilities: Sheetrock replacement Drywall and trim repair and replacement Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Provide residents with outstanding customer service. Other duties as assigned by Maintenance supervisor Requirements: Mechanical aptitude and willing to learn!
