Small Plumbing Job/ small roof repair

I need someone to fix a few things around the house. Very small, non time consuming chores. I have a fixed roof under the layover somebody did. Few singles blew off in a storm. I think we should use better nails. I have brand new singles to replace the old in that spot. Also i have a small drip in the one of my faucets where the fittings come together x 2 Can you help? I also have a ford explorer door window that goes down choppy and slow for all you mechanics out there...
