Position Summary: This position must be able to handle materials, masking, and assembly. When department is not at fully capacity, cross training is provided to assist with the fabrication department and glass department. Essential Duties - Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous materials - Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, meeting customer delivery expectations. - Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor. - Experience in and assembly o Weeding, masking, gluing, and braille bead inserting - Use of hand tools to prep materials for vinyl overlays and paint - Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings, and follow specifications of custom designs - Self-motivation with a sense of urgency to meeting labor budgets and schedule timelines - Ability to work in a team environment, but also self-motivated to tackle projects independently - Overtime as needed to meet project deadlines Qualifications - Positive attitude and creative insight - Ability to accurately measure and cut file and some materials - Strong ability to work with your hands - Ability to learn new skills and techniques - Willingness to accept constructive feedback to improve your skillset - Strong attention to detail to maintain the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction - Comfortable with change in a variety of situations - Ability to complete multiple projects at one in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work under pressure
