We are seeking skilled Electrician's Apprentices to join our team! Overview Join a team of tradesmen, all working together to turn metal shipping containers into industrial storage solutions, jobsite trailers, and custom tiny homes. This is an outdoor shop environment near east Austin, that is growing quick! Responsibilities Install and repair industrial and residential electrical systems Use hand and power tools as needed Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install wire and electrical cable, conduit, and other wire raceway systems Splice and terminate wires at junction points Manage wires and cables within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc. Requirements Must have reliable transportation - NOT ON BUSLINE Must be able to do all work according to safety codes and OSHA standards Able to communicate effectively with foremen and crew members MUST be able to bend pipe Has a knowledge and understanding of three phase transformers, branch circuits, conductors and wiring, etc. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Able to safely climb ladders Able to stand, stoop, kneel, reach for extended periods of time Work off ladders, man lifts, or reach booms Able to work in all weather conditions Able to work in a busy and loud environment
