We’re looking for someone who can help finish some renovations in a few of our properties; as well as, to be on call for any issues within my tenant occupied units. Person must be reliable and skilled in sheet rock, flooring (laminate and tile), painting, minor plumbing and electrical, able to lift heavy objects, have a vehicle and valid drivers license and willing to be available on demand for tenant repairs.
It will mostly be within Carbondale although I have 1 property in Scranton that needs a few days work first.
