Multiple Positions Available for Residential Landscape Maintenance Laborers and Crew Leaders/Drivers Lucas Lawn and Yard Care, LLC. has been working in residential landscape maintenance in North Phoenix for 28+ years. Our office is located at 4220 E Paradise Lane We are looking for qualified crew leaders/drivers/laborer and we are offering full-time employment for long-term career opportunities. Applicants need at least two (2) years of experience in residential service. Job duties include but are not limited to: maintaining residential yards by trimming bushed and trees, mowing and edging grass, weeding, blowing, picking up debris and other trash, etc. using hand and power tools provided to you; must be able to know how to use hand and power tools safely, must have no problem lifting, or climbing using up to an 8' ladder. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work in Arizona weather. You must be able to follow directions. -Tree trimming and thin out experience is a plus! -Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and drip systems are a plus! -Bi-lingual a plus! Landscape Maintenance Laborer: Starting Pay $15+ hr depending on experience. Job Requirements (Use of Hand and Power Tools to do the Following): -Trimming -Mowing -Weed Eating -Blowing -Edging -Raking -Use of Hula Hoe -Picking up debris -Picking up equipment/tools/heavy trash cans -Small irrigation repairs -Know the difference between 2-cycle mixed gas and regular gas. -Basic plant/flower installation Crew Leader/Backup Driver/ Driver: Starting Pay $18+/hr depending on experience. Job Requirements: All of the above landscape maintenance requirements including the following: -Bi-Lingual -Valid Driver's License w/ clean 39-month driving record (NVR) -Ability to lead a crew of 2-3 men -Good customer service skills -Knowledge of sprinkler systems and timers -- be able to program timers -Ability and willingness to follow directions given by Manager -Knowledge of major streets in the north Phoenix area as well as North Peoria -Ability to repair minor irrigation problems -Must be able to fill in job/route information and details Call the office at 602-923-1312 or Ryan Lucas at 602-339-2403 to set up an appointment time for an interview or stop by the office (4220 E Paradise Ln Phoenix AZ 85032) to pick up an application.
