Punch List Construction for Residential Builder

We are a construction company in Philadelphia with 5 employees and a team of sub-contractors. We build new construction single family homes, full renovations, and 3rd story additions. We work in Fairmount, South Philly, Grad Hospital, Fishtown, Passyunk Square, and East Falls. We have been expanding and need another punch list guy WITH A VEHICLE and TOOLS. Starting at $25/hour but can go up to $35/hour based on performance and skill set. Work will consist of finishing houses at the end with a variety of punch list and management. Will also include picking up materials and being able to handle the sometimes unknown of the day. We move fast with lots of projects so need someone who can keep up, is motivated, and easy to work with.
