Looking for a self motivated individual to fill a maintenance position with our company. Must be available to take after hours emergency calls. Knowledgeable in general maintenance issues regarding but not limited to appliance repair, painting, electrical, and A/C. Previous experience involving multiple plumbing issues preferred. Certifications a plus but not a mandatory. Must have own truck and lift heavy items as needed.
