Hello, Ryan Real Estate Services, LLC is a property management and investment company that needs a maintenance person to handle tenant and building work orders. Work varies from installing new ceiling fans, new p-traps, changing locks, light drywall patching, rodding drains and painting touch ups, etc. Properties are in the near west suburbs. Berwyn, Bellwood, Broadview etc. Work needs will vary depending on work orders. Flexible scheduling of work orders. Position could grow into full time and there will be opportunity for kitchen and bathroom remodels, but that is not what is need right now. Must have your own vehicle and tools. Must have a clear criminal background. All materials needed for work orders will be provided and owner will assist as needed. Hourly rate of pay for maintenance work is $25 an hour.
